Long Paddock is an artisan fromagerie and cheese school in Castlemaine. Long Paddock’s story started with the marrying of two different worlds — traditional French cheese making and contemporary Australian flavours. When developing their packaging, we explored their close relationship with their home in castlemaine and the Australian landscape. We wanted to give the brand language a unique Australian flavour while still creating something new, and appropriate for the sector. We needed to show Australians that exceptional cheese can be made right here, in our ‘own backyard’.
